Waste Authority of WA grant received to roll out CRP collection boxes in WA!
Camera Recycle Project were the lucky recipients of a Waste Authority of WA Community Grants Scheme 2013 grant.
Our mission to host youth arts workshops to design official collection boxes for CRP - to make our recycling program more identifiable and accessible to consumers, therefore improving our turnover of cameras and allowing us to hire more cameras to young people.
The boys at HALO Leadership Development Agency were up to the task - and some fantastic designs emerged. The workshops were even more special as they were in commemoration of a friend who passed away in a hit-and-run accident early in 2013 and was a talented graffiti artist.
